Trade Show Location
The trade show will be in the Diamond Ballroom Foyer, which is located
immediately outside the Ballrooms where the Summit will take place.
Trade Show Times
Trade show times are only on Tuesday, October 28. While there are specific
times that we will encourage delegates to visit the trade show, we will keep
the trade show open throughout the day. Staff will be monitoring the trade
show all day. You will be given an hour to set-up your table and an hour to
pack your table up. Staff will be available to assist you.
Set up: 7:00-8:00
Trade Show: 8:00-900, 10:30-10:50, 1:30-2:00, 3:20-3:40
Break down: 6:00-7:00
Shipping Information
Please have the boxes delivered to the Westin Shanghai no earlier than
October 22, 2008!
