When do classes start and end? Classes begin on Sunday at 9:00 a.m. EST and end on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. EST. Registration opens on Saturday at 4:00-5:30 p.m. EST.
Is there a registration deadline? There is no registration deadline, however attendance is capped so register early! Also, please note that there is no guarantee that you will be able to reserve a room at the Georgia Tech Hotel. We have a limited number of rooms so please register early.
Is there a group discount? Companies registering 12 or more participants will receive 5% off the entire registration. Companies registering 25 or more will receive 10% off. Contact headquarters to obtain your discount code.
How do I make a hotel reservation? Reserve your room directly with Georgia Tech by downloading and completing the reservation form, and then sending directly to the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center. Visit the Hotel Reservation page for more information.
What about meals? Meals for all participants registered as Regular Students will be provided at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center in the Main Dining Room, beginning with Saturday dinner. Dinner is available from 5:00–10:00 pm, breakfast is available from 6:30-10:00 am, and lunch is available from 11:30 am–2:00 pm. Lunch and all day snacks are provided for Day Students.
Is there an attendance policy? Students are required to attend all of their assigned classes at the WFLO Institute. We will be tracking your attendance by collecting your course evaluation form at the end of each class. Please turn in your evaluation to your instructor at the end of each class. Students must not exceed more than three absences during their three year program. Students who exceed three absences, will not graduate from the WFLO Institute.
