Exhibitor Shipping Information

Expo Support

Expo support will be provided by GES Exposition Services a full service trade show supplier with much professional experience. GES will provide each exhibitor with an exhibitor kit, list of services and rate sheet as soon as they are advised by IARW of space assignments.

Exhibitor Set-Up

Sunday, April 22, 1:00-5:00 pm – Arizona Ballroom

Association staff and GES Exposition Services staff will be available to assist exhibitors.

Exhibitor Move-Out

Wednesday, April 25, 12:05-2:00 pm – Arizona Ballroom

No exhibiting company will be allowed to begin packing or dismantling any show material during official expo hours. There will be no exception to this regulation.

The expo hall is directly next to the room where general sessions will be held. IARW-WFLO also asks that you wait until after 12:05 pm Wednesday, April 25 to dismantle your exhibit to avoid any noise while attendees are listening to the final keynote speaker.
