How much does registration cost?

• Non-Member ($1,800) – Available to anyone not currently employed by an IARW member company.
• Exhibitor/Sponsor ($925) – Available to all employees of IARW associate member companies exhibiting, sponsoring, or advertising in the onsite program.
• Warehouse Member ($925) – Available to all employees at IARW warehouse member companies.
• Non-Exhibitor/Non-Sponsor ($1,200 ) – Available to all employees of IARW associate member companies
• Guest/Spouse ($400) – Available only to spouses and guests not currently employed in the cold chain industry.
• Warehouse Member First Timer ($825) – Available to anyone who is an employee at an IARW warehouse member company and has never attended the IARW-WFLO Convention & Expo before.

Can I cancel my registration?

There is a $50 cancellation fee before April 1, 2012. There is a $100 cancellation fee after April 1, 2012. There are no refunds after April 21, 2012. To make a substitution at no additional charge, please call IARW-WFLO at +1 703 373 4300.

Can I cancel my expo booth reservation?

Exhibitors who cancel less than sixty (60) days prior to the exhibit will be responsible for the full cost of their space, unless the space is resold. If the space is resold, exhibitors will receive a full refund minus a $100 administration fee. If an exhibitor fails to appear without prior notification, he will be responsible for the full cost of the exhibit space and, in addition, forfeit his position on the priority list for space reservations at future exhibits.

Can I cancel my sponsorship or program advertisements?

You may cancel your sponsorship or program advertisement for a full refund up until March 23, 2012. Due to production of onsite materials, no refunds will be issued after March 23, 2012.

How do I reserve an expo booth?

To register for your booth:

Log in to Membership Resources section of the website. Select Upcoming Shows from the column on the left-hand side 2012 IARW-WFLO Expo will be displayed, click on "Purchase Booth" select "Add Booth" you are now in the booth registration area select from the columns at the top to search for available booths. **Following your booth reservation you will need to visit the Online Store to purchase your event registration.**

2.      Select Events

3.      2012 IARW-WFLO Convention & Expo will be displayed (only event on screen)

4.      Select Register (right hand-side)

Please be sure to pay by February 23, 2012.

Do I have to register booth workers?

All company representatives working at an Expo booth must be registered at the Exhibitor/Sponsor price.

How do I reserve a room at the hotel?

You should book your own hotel room. You can reserve your room online here. Please book your room at the JW Marriott Star Pass Resort & Spa by March 28, 2012 to take advantage of special rate. If you have any difficulties, please contact Trier Albanezi.

Can you register me?

We encourage you to register yourself online so that you can confirm all your information and to avoid misunderstandings. Register online. If you have any difficulties, contact headquarters at +1 703 373 4300.

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?

Yes. Once you click the "Submit Order" button in your online registration, you will receive a confirmation email. This is also your invoice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). Members may also opt to be billed later. If you select "bill me later," please print your email confirmation/invoice and send it with your check to IARW-WFLO, 1500 King St., Suite 201, Alexandria, VA 22314 USA. Exhibitors should pay by February 23, 2012.

When do I have to pay?

Do you have event trade press passes?

Qualified members of the trade press are invited via email to take advantage of complimentary registration. Please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it at headquarters if you have not received an email.

May I bring a guest or spouse?

You must register any spouse or guest you want to attend the general sessions, welcome reception, Expo, spouse/guest program, or golf. If you are bringing friends or family members who are involved in the cold chain industry, they must be registered as participants, not guests.

Do you offer any registration discounts?

There is a discount for IARW and WFLO members who are attending Convention for the first time. When you register online, choose "Warehouse Member First Timer" as the registration type. Group discounts are also available. Learn more

What does my registration fee include?

Registration includes all General Sessions and Focus Sessions, the Welcome Reception, Monday lunch and other refreshments in the Expo, and the final afternoon event. Golf participation and tour participation is an extra fee. Guest registration includes the opening and closing General Sessions, two programs, and social events.
