Payment Options

Payment must be received before items are shipped or before attendance at an event.

• Pay online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). Your credit card payment information is routed, processed, and secured by Verisign.
• Telephone headquarters at +1 703 373 4300 if you are uncomfortable giving your credit card online.
• Print an invoice and send it with your check to IARW-WFLO-IRTA-IACSC, 1500 King St., Suite 201, Alexandria, VA 22314 USA.
• Pay by wire transfer to IARW-WFLO-IRTA-IACSC, account number 000-125-437, SunTrust Bank, FRB-ABA: 051-0000-20.

Shipping

Pricing for all items includes UPS Ground or similar shipping. If you need your items quicker, please supply your FedEx or UPS account number and we will ship according to your instructions.

Event Cancellation

• Registrations cancelled prior to 3 weeks before the event begins will be allowed a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. After this date, the cancellation charge will be $150.
• There is no charge for substitutions.
• No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
• Teleconferences and event options will have a maximum cancellation charge of $20.

Product Refunds

Products (CDs, manuals, etc.) may be returned in original condition within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Non-members may be charged a shipping fee.

Privacy

We use cookies (small files that we create to store information on your computer) for members-only sections of the website and for event registration and product orders. Make sure that your browser's preferences are set to accept cookies. The cookies have expiration dates. Please check to see that the computer date is set accurately. We do not use cookies to track what other sites you have visited. We do not look at or track any personal or confidential information about you.
