Foodcareplus Announces Fully Integrated, Canada to Europe Reefer Consolidation Service

foodcareplus, a member of the Global Cold Chain Alliance, announced the launch of the new deep-frozen reefer consolidation service from Halifax to Antwerp allowing the Canadian seafood industry to market Europe easier. The launch of the weekly reefer service follows discussions during and after a tour organized by the Canadian Mission to the EU, the Port of Antwerp and foodcareplus during the Global Seafood show in Brussels in 2014. VersaCold Logistics Services Announces Appointment of Jim MacIntosh

VersaCold_Jim_mcIntoshVersaCold Logistics Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim MacIntosh to its Executive Team and Leader of its warehousing solutions business unit.

Jim joins VersaCold from Purolator where he held increasingly responsible roles including General Manager, Field Operations and Sales and most recently, Vice President National Operations.

Jim holds a Diploma in Human Resources from Seneca College and has completed the Wharton Advanced Management Program as well as other Executive Programs at Schulich and Queens University. Continue reading
