GCCA Announces Talent Management Partnership with Plus Delta Consulting

Alexandria, Virginia (August 23, 2017) – The Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Plus Delta Consulting.

Employee recruitment and retention has become a pain point in the temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics sector. As generations shift among ownership and regulations continue to create a complex environment inside the warehouse, many companies are seeing a need to seek additional assistance in the areas of leadership and talent management. As a service to members, GCCA partnered with Plus Delta Consulting to offer members coaching and consulting services, including but not limited to: executive coaching, organizational assessment, succession planning, strategic planning, talent planning, and change management.

“Recruiting and retaining associates has consistently been shared as the biggest challenge that our cold storage members face. They must have strong hiring, onboarding, employee retention, and succession planning strategies in place,” said Corey Rosenbusch, President and CEO of GCCA. “We are excited to help our members create these strategies by directly connecting them to the experts in this field at Plus Delta Consulting.”

Plus Delta Consulting, LLC is a coaching and consulting firm founded in 2002 that specializes in improving performance and producing better business results for clients. The firm has been recognized as one of the best Management Consulting firms by Wealth & Finance International and named one of the fastest-growing private companies in America by Inc. magazine. Plus Delta helps organizations improve performance through Positive Change℠ through targeted coaching, strategic planning, and leadership development programs. Plus Delta also leads more complex strategic change efforts to implement people, process, and technology changes.

As part of this partnership, Plus Delta’s team will provide guidance and information to members through direct consultations, content in GCCA newsletters and COLD FACTS magazine, and participation in speaking opportunities for GCCA events and webinars throughout the year.

“All of us at Plus Delta are proud to deliver the strategic solutions that address the greatest leadership challenges and talent management needs of an industry as critical as the cold chain,” said Dr. Jeremy Lurey, Plus Delta’s President and CEO. “Our services can help members attract, train, and retain their most talented individuals whose institutional knowledge and continued dedication will surely help the industry grow.”
