Event Overview

The Global Cold Chain Foundation is pleased to announce the second edition of this short education session in Europe. Titled ‘Unique Insights Into Reefer Port Flows Impacting The Logistic Chain’, the programme is designed for all employees, in all-type companies – logistics, shipping, food industry, freight forwarders, traders, etc. – directly or indirectly involved in operations related to import and export of products requiring controlled temperature.

The programme, developed by cold chain logistics experts, will provide a thorough understanding of port flows and things happening in ports causing planning issues and impacting operations at their level. The programme includes a bespoke visit to the various port sectors and an interactive workshop. A carefully selected panel of experts will guide the students through the various possible disruptions across the supply chain and ways to mitigate those.

Multiple networking opportunities will be provided throughout the programme to allow students to build community with peers from across Europe. The first day of the programme will coincide with a GCCA Cold Chain Connection event offering additional networking.
