Participants come to the conference prepared to make important purchasing decisions. All networking activities during the CEBA Conference hours are held in the CEBA Expo. Securing your spot in the expo guarantees a high level of visibility and facetime with conference attendees.

Exhibit Registration Process & How to Register

Table-top assignments are based on a tiered system. Sponsors have the first opportunity to reserve space, followed by the previous year’s exhibitors. General exhibit reservation is on a first come, first-served basis.

Steps for Reserving a CEBA Expo Table-Top

  1. Preview the expo map here to view the floorplan and available spots
  2. Follow this link to sign in and reserve your table-top
    • You can reset your password here if needed
  3. Click "Add a Booth"
  4. Select “Table Top” under Booth Category and click “Search”
  5. Double click "Select" next to your desired table top. Then double click “Select” again and the “Select” button will highlight orange
    • NOTE: If you receive an error message, click back and retry. If you receive an error message again, please call us at 703-373-4300 for assistance.
  6. Hit "Save & Finish" and review your order
  7. If all the information looks correct, click "Check-Out" and select your payment method

Exhibitor Service: Shipping, Power, and Audio/Visual Order Forms

Each expo location consists of one (1) 6-foot draped table and chairs. The exhibit hall is fully carpeted. The CEBA Expo is a table-top show. Exhibitors typically bring 1-2 pull up banners to place behind their table-top locations (past pictures available upon request). 10x10 pop-up booth displays are not permitted unless request is submitted in writing to show management prior to event. Approval is based on size, dimensions, and location in expo.

  1. Exhibiting company must be members of the Controlled Environment Building Association (CEBA) and current year dues must be paid
  2. Each company representative participating must be fully registered for the conference (see event rates & fees)
  3. Exhibit space payment must accompany table top exhibit reservation
Liability

The exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the Controlled Environment Building Association (CEBA), its officers and staff members, and the hotel, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any actions, losses, costs, damage, claims, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from any damage to property or bodily injury to exhibitor, his agents, representatives, or employees by reason of the exhibitor’s occupancy or use of the decorator, drayage company and/or exhibit. In assuming the full risk of loss or damage to its equipment, supplies, and exhibited goods, the exhibitor acknowledges that CEBA is not obligated to maintain insurance coverage for the exhibitor’s equipment and materials, and that if the exhibitor desires insurance it must obtain its own.

Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors who cancel less than 90 days prior to the exhibit will be responsible for the full cost of their space. Exhibitors who cancel more than ninety (90) days out will be responsible for 50% of their exhibit space. If an exhibitor fails to appear without prior notification, they will be responsible for the full cost of the exhibit space.
