Code of Conduct

The Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) and its Core Partners are committed to providing a harassment-free conference experience for all attendees. We expect attendees to follow our Code of Conduct at all events. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status, as provided by local, state, or federal law; sexual harassment, including unwelcome attention, stalking and physical contact; abusive conduct that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with another person's ability to enjoy or participate in the conference, including social events related to the conference; and undue interruption of any conference event, speaker, or session.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for hostile, harassing, or abusive conduct. If a person engages in such conduct, appropriate action will be taken, including, but not limited to, expulsion from the conference, restriction from attendance at future GCCA events and/or withdrawal of membership. Individuals who witness, become aware of or experience inappropriate conduct should report such conduct to a GCCA staff member.
