Khmer Cold Chain is a modern third-party logistics (3PL) cold storage warehouse and Temperature-Controlled Logistics (TCL) network Project in Cambodia being developed by Infunde Development Pte Ltd, on behalf of InfraCo Asia Development Pte.
The project will consist of two facilities:
- Cross Docking Facility - Adjacent to the Phnom Penh Autonomous Port (PPAP), the site of LM17.
- Distribution center and value-added services hub - Situated at KM6 close to central Phnom Penh. It will be a storage facility and serve as a distribution center and services hub for key domestic consumers.
The project is looking for a qualified joint venture partner who is interested in operating/investing in the business and can work with the Khmer Cold Storage team to build out the business. The interested partner(s), could potentially acquire the InfraCo Asia share of the project in the mid-term. Khmer Cold Chain could also serve as an anchor investment to create a regional network of profitable TCL facilities in the Southeast Asian region.
If you are unable to attend, please continue to register for the event as a recording will be made available to all registered members.
