The WFLO Institute is a four-day industry-specific program for professionals engaged in temperature-controlled logistics, offering more than 40 classes taught by leading experts in the industry. The curriculum takes students through cold chain management, customer service, employee safety, food safety, warehouse operations, transportation operations, and professional development.

WFLO Institute Scholarship
The WFLO Institute Scholarship program continues to grow! In 2019, four leaders from the third-party cold chain logistics industry will be selected to attend the WFLO Institute (East or West) on behalf of sponsors Refrigiwear, ALTA Refrigeration and Groom Energy. Awards include registration, airfare, hotel, meals and other honors. The recipients of the 2020 Scholarships will be chosen by a committee of industry executives and evaluated on several factors including leadership experience and potential, dedication to the industry and more.
