To complement GCCA’s talent development and succession planning programs, the Association is pleased to offer formal Leadership Forums. A Leadership Forum is a group of highly motivated individuals who share a common goal to improve their leadership and individual performance. They are also looking to learn from others outside of their company and in return help their fellow group members improve.

Leadership Forums aren’t about day-to-day firefighting or business as usual. They are about exponential growth in your business and achieving significantly better results by implementing industry best practices. Each Leadership Forum member will have specific goals to produce powerful breakthroughs and achieve their longer-term strategic objectives.

Each Leadership Forum has a maximum of 12 individual members per group, so it is an intimate and collaborative learning environment. Our first Leadership Forum was specifically designed for business owners and CEOs. Since the inception of the program, we have launched two additional groups – one additional CEO group and a new Operations Leader group.

Program Format

  • 3-4 times per year, in-person group sessions in conjunction with industry events
  • 1:1 coaching for all Leadership Forum members between in-person meetings and as requested

Program Fees

The program fee for each Leadership Forum group member is $5,000 per year. Additionally, travel and expenses related to attending the in-person meetings will be paid individually by each member.
