U.S. Occupational Safety & Health Administration has issued a reminder that specific employers are required to submit Forms 300A with workplace injury and illness data from calendar year 2020 to the agency by March 2, 2021.
Electronic submissions are required of employers with:
- 250 or more employees currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records; and
- establishments with 20-249 employees in specific industries, which are listed here.
