On September 8th, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) held its annual Alliance Program Forum in Washington, DC. The Forum provides an opportunity for Alliance participants get updates from OSHA on upcoming policies and programs as well as exchange ideas on ways Alliances are working to elevate safety. Participants heard from Assistant Secretary Doug Parker regarding his priorities for the agency as well as received updates on OSHA enforcement activities and the agency’s regulatory agenda. GCCA has been an active part of the Alliance program since 2010 and achieved Ambassador status in 2020.
