On Friday, May 3rd, President Biden issued a veto of H.J.Res. 98, a bipartisan Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution, overturning the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) expanded Joint Employer Rule. Both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate voted with bipartisan majorities to overturn the NLRB’s joint employer rule, aligning with many Americans who oppose burdensome regulations that jeopardize their jobs.

GCCA previously signed a letter of support for the CRA to overturn NLRB’s Final Joint Employer Rule in November.
