CISA Announces New Cybersecurity Initiative for Small Businesses 2024

The Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has announced the launch of a new initiative in early 2024, called ReadySetCyber.  The initiative is focused on helping small and medium sized businesses strengthen their cyber security.  The effort is tied into another new initiative planned for early 2024, called CISA’s Cybersecurity Performance Goals (CPGs).  The CPGs will run parallel to ReadySetCyber and include subsets of cybersecurity practices.  The program, set to launch in early 2024, will ask the user a set of dynamic questions and then provide user-tailored strategies, tools, and resources to help businesses mitigate cyber risks.
