GCCA Signs Letter to US Congress Leaders about Improvements to the Paycheck Protection Program

GCCA signed a letter to the Trump Administration and U.S. Congressional leaders that requested emergency legislative and administrative actions to improve the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). The request is that they repeal the PPP 75%-25% rule, extend the eight-week period for purpose of calculating loan forgiveness and extend the safe harbor date for rehiring and restoration of pay.
