The National Labor Relations Board announced the addition of six new Administrative Law Judges.  The NLRB commented that these judges come at a time when unfair labor practice cases have reached a significantly high level, thus the new judges will help alleviate the backlog of cases awaiting trial.  Unfair labor practice filings have increased 14% in FY 2023 compared to the same period in 2022, following a massive increase in filling in the last part of 2022, when workers returned en masse after the end of COVID-19.  More information about the new judges can be found here.
