Antwerp Cold Stores and Seafrigo Group join forces and become a key player in transport logistics, handling and storage under controlled temperature.
This 30th of April, the 2 specialists have formalized to join forces to become the number one in Belgium for perishable goods handling and storage under controlled temperature.
This liaison has become evident, and Antwerp will now have to rely on this « key player » and its 40 employees dedicated to handling, storage and logistics contracts.
The team has 16,000 sqm storage capacities, of which half is dedicated to frozen commodities.
Antwerp Cold Stores is established on a strategic location in the port, close to the border inspection point in the midst of the European Union.
This alliance with Seafrigo Group will provide customers with a global and diversified offering and new growth opportunities.
Mister Ben Van Wolput becomes the Managing Director of the Belgium entity.
