DYNACO has introduced the new N‐211 TekRoll which is a high speed, high cycle roll‐up door made of a rigid multicomposite material that is corrosion resistant and easy to clean. Constructed of a patented multi‐composite material, the N‐211 structure is produced without mechanical welding. It is wear‐resistant without paint, resulting in 45% improved corrosion resistance compared to 316L stainless steel. Humid and acidic environments degrade steel, but not the composite material in the N‐211 TekRoll.
Beyond general industrial applications, a Wash‐Down Mode function can be added, making the N‐211 ideal for food processing environments. While the standard door has smooth, easy to clean surfaces, the Wash‐Down Mode makes the entire rolling drum accessible for pressure washing. With this option, the drum will over‐rotate so the entire curtain and drum can be cleaned.
