J.B. Hunt President & CEO Named to White House Group

President Donald J. Trump announced many of the esteemed executives, economists, scholars, and industry leaders who together will form various Great American Economic Revival Industry Groups.  John Roberts III, President & CEO of J.B. Hunt, a member of the International Refrigerated Transportation Association (IRTA), a core partner of the Global Cold Chain Alliance, is serving on the Transportation Group.

These bipartisan groups of American leaders will work together with the White House to chart the path forward toward during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Refrigerated trucking is an essential component for moving the nation’s food from producer to the consumer. Throughout the pandemic, IRTA members continue to serve not only the U.S., but in countries around the world, by unfailingly delivering temperature controlled perishables such as food and pharmaceuticals.
