This form was created in an Microsoft Word format, and can be customized to suit the warehouse needs. Learn about educating your customers about insurance and limitations of liability. We recommend that you notify your existing customers that as of a certain date, you will be issuing warehouse receipts with terms and conditions which are different from the terms and conditions on your current warehouse receipts.
