USDA Food Safety Inspection Service will host two webinars to provide an overview of the March 2024 Final Rule Voluntary Labeling of FSIS-Regulated Products with U.S.-Origin Claims and information about the related guidance. Establishments choosing to include voluntary U.S.-origin claims (e.g., “Product of USA”) on the labels of FSIS-regulated products will need to comply with the new regulatory requirements by January 1, 2026.
The first webinar will be held on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024 from 1:00pm – 2:15pm ET, and the second webinar will be eld on Wednesday, May 15th, 2024 from 1:00pm – 2:15pm ET.
