Building High-Value Networks: Allies, Advocacy & Enterprise Visibility

1 September 2026 | 2:00 p.m. EST

The Women in Cold Chain Virtual Workshop Series session, Building High-Value Networks: Allies, Advocacy & Enterprise Visibility, is an interactive workshop designed to help participants strategically build and leverage networks that create real career opportunity within operational, enterprise, and industry-wide environments. The session reframes networking as a leadership capability one that drives visibility, influence, and long-term career mobility in the cold chain.

A featured subject matter expert will share practical approaches to strategic networking across internal teams, cross-company relationships, and broader industry ecosystems. Participants will explore how to identify and engage allies and advocates, strengthen professional visibility in highly operational settings, and turn relationships into meaningful career sponsorship and opportunity.

Through facilitated discussion and peer exchange, attendees will examine what makes networking effective in logistics-centric organizations and where traditional approaches often fall short. The session will also focus on how women can more intentionally leverage GCCA’s global network to accelerate advancement, amplify expertise, and expand leadership reach. Participants will leave with actionable strategies for building high-value connections and a personalized networking plan aligned to their career goals.

$99 event registration includes all workshop session materials.
