The Cold Chain Connection is a regional event designed to bring together professionals working in the temperature-controlled sector – warehouse, logistics, transportation, food, supply chain, and design/build industries to network, build relationships, and address industry and business issues in an engaging and informal setting. These events are open to both members and non-members.

Cold Chain Café
A signature component of the Cold Chain Connection, the Cold Chain Café roundtable discussion is where the conversation comes alive. These fast-paced, interactive roundtable talks cover a vast range of relevant and necessary topics, allowing you to crowdsource solutions, share best practices, and find immediate answers to your most specific operational questions. Topics may include:
- Challenges in the transportation and distribution of perishable foods.
- Cold storage infrastructure versus demand: key challenges for growth.
- Challenges in international trade.
- Adoption of AI in logistics and supply chain management.
- Transition to sustainability and green energy solutions.
- Last-mile distribution, direct-to-consumer models, and the adaptation of temperature-controlled logistics.
- Digitalization and improvements in customs controls, border crossing efficiency, and trade facilitation.

Cancellation Policy
There is a $75 USD cancellation fee before 4 October 2026. There are no refunds after this date, however, you can make an attendee substitution at no additional charge. Please email the GCCA team for changes to your registration.
