Global Trade Policy: One Year After “Liberation Day” — Is a New Equilibrium Emerging in Food Trade?

Global trade ministers will met at the end of March for the annual WTO Ministerial Conference in Cameroon, almost exactly one year after the United States implemented the first “Liberation Day” global tariff policy reset.
