Visibility, Voice & Influence in the Cold Chain

 March 31, 2026 | 2:00 p.m. EST

The Women in Cold Chain Virtual Workshop Series session, Visibility, Voice & Influence in the Cold Chain, is an interactive program designed to help participants in creating strategies to strengthen credibility and expand influence in their departments and organizations. Participants will explore the difference between competence and credibility, address visibility challenges in male-dominated supply chain environments and learn how credibility is built in high-pressure roles.

Learning Objectives

A featured subject matter expert will share strategies for building executive presence, communicating with clarity and confidence, leveraging data and storytelling for buy-in, and navigating pushback or interruptions. Through breakout discussions and guided action planning, attendees will leave with practical tools and a personal influence plan to elevate their voice and leadership impact.

Facilitated By

Mimi Banta, Banta Training Services, and GCCF Cold Chain Institute faculty member.
