New Convention Session Added: Solving Staffing and Operational Challenges from Within

“Cool Innovator” sessions at the IARW-WFLO Convention taking place in Bonita Springs, Florida from August 30 to September 2, feature IARW warehouse members who have made an impact on the industry with groundbreaking ideas. The newest session to be added is Solving Staffing and Operational Challenges from Within. This session will be led by Mickey Hoffmann, Vice President of Corporate Development for United States Cold Storage (USCS). He will describe a new program the company started, the Road Warrior program, which reduced duplicative employee training, increased employee networking opportunities and filled labor shortages from within. The USCS Road Warriors are now a recognized group of traveling experts within the company.
