New Convention Session Highlights Innovations in Leadership and Talent Development

The newest topic add to the “Cool Innovator” sessions at the IARW-WFLO Convention is Innovations in Leadership and Talent Development. This session will be led by Burris Logistics’s Director of Talent Management and Lineage Logistics Chief Human Resources Officer. They will share programs that save you time, money, and effort in developing and retaining good employees. Programs that they will highlight include an internal mentorship program developed at Burris Logistics and the Lineage Management Program (LMP) at Lineage Logistics. Lineage also has strategies and processes at all organizational levels to find, grow, retain, and develop talent while retaining institutional knowledge and improving skills.

The IARW-WFLO Convention is taking place in Bonita Springs, Florida from August 30 to September 2.
