The Global Cold Chain Alliance conducted a survey of 200 food companies in 14 countries to understand what customers really care about. One of the most common reasons for ceasing work with a 3PL is due to customer service issues. These findings are critical in delivering value and sustaining long-term customer relationships. This survey was taken by a variety of different audiences, majority being director and manger levels (675) and food manufacturers and processors (57%).
