Cancellation Policy: There is a $75 cancellation fee before July 25, 2025. There are no refunds after this date, however, you can make attendee substitutions after this date. To make an attendee substitution at no additional charge, please email tnascimento@gcca.org.

GCCA is pleased to offer a discounted room rate of $150 + tax for single occupancy, which includes buffet breakfast and in-room internet.
Please Note: Foreign non-resident guests are exempt from the 19% VAT if they present both their passport and immigration form (with a stay of no more than 60 days in the country) at the hotel front desk upon check-in. Payment must be made in USD using a foreign credit card.
To reserve a room, you must first complete your event registration. The hotel booking link will be included in your confirmation email.
