Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee before January 14, 2027. There are no refunds after January 14, 2027. However, you can make an attendee substitution at no additional charge, please contact Debbie Kwak for assistance.
In addition to canceling your registration, please be sure to contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation.

We are pleased to offer a discounted room rate of $271 (plus taxes and fees) for all Institute West attendees. Pricing includes breakfast, lunch, and breaks March 1-3 with room accommodations. The discounted rate is available through February 1, 2027.
Airport Shuttle
Tempe Mission Palms offers convenient shuttle transportation service to and from Phoenix International Airport, included in the hotel destination fee. Airport to Hotel: Once luggage is received and guests are ready for pick-up, please contact the hotel to request shuttle service. The estimated arrival time as well as specific curbside location for your terminal will be provided at that time. Advanced reservations are not required. Call for shuttle: +1 480 894 1400.
