Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee before February 5, 2025. There are no refunds after February 5, 2025. However, you can make an attendee substitution at no additional charge, please call +1 703 373 4300.
In addition to cancelling your registration, please be sure to contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation.

Tempe Mission Palms Hotel is conveniently located near Arizona State University (ASU), and just 10 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and all major highways in and around Phoenix and Scottsdale. The hotel is located within walking distance to downtown Tempe's shopping, dining and entertainment district.
GCCF has negotiated discounted room rates for all Institute West attendees. Single and Double occupancy rooms are priced at $256 per room per night. Please be aware that your quoted nightly room rate on the next page does not show taxes; these will be visible in the total cost breakdown on the Price Summary page prior to completing your booking.
Cancellations will be honored up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date for a full refund. Reservations not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged for one night’s accommodations. All cancellations must directly with Tempe Mission Palms.
Airport Shuttle
Tempe Mission Palms offers convenient shuttle transportation service to and from Phoenix International Airport, included in the hotel destination fee. Airport to Hotel: Once luggage is received and guests are ready for pick-up, please contact the hotel to request shuttle service. The estimated arrival time as well as specific curbside location for your terminal will be provided at that time. Advanced reservations are not required. Call for shuttle: +1 480 894 1400.
