GCCA Joins Industry Association in Support Bill to Limit COVID Liability

GCCA and other assocations representing essential critical infrastructure industries sent a letter to Congressmen Graves (R-LA) and Cuellar (D-TX) in support of their liability legislation in the U.S. House. The bill,  which is called “Get America Back to Work Act”, provides general liability protection for businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations that “make a reasonable effort” to comply with CDC and local (state, territory, tribal) public health authority guidance.
