MTC Logistics (MTC) is investing approximately $61 million at the Port of Mobile by building the newest refrigerated cargo facility. Andy Janson, president of MTC Logistics, said “We are excited to see our new International Distribution Center take shape. The feedback from the processors in the Southeast and our international import customers has been extremely positive. Mostly we hear, Hurry up and open!”. The distribution center will be one of the largest of its kind in the Southeast. MTC will employ over 60 direct jobs when the facility opens the first part of 2021.
