Sara Stickler, President & CEO of The Global Cold Chain Alliance announced the promotion of James Rogers to Senior Vice President, Member & Program Services and Operations. “This is a well-deserved and well-earned promotion. James has been a critical member of the staff and leadership team for more than 16 years, where his success in our membership and business development departments has been instrumental to our growth,” says Stickler.

James will oversee the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of member services and program delivery for the entire organization.  James’ role will ensure the delivery of member benefits globally and across all entities under the GCCA brand.

“Delivering and strengthening the value of membership in GCCA and in our program offerings is a core priority of mine, and of the organization, and this work directly connects to the organizational efficiencies James will drive.  James was the obvious choice in leading these efforts with his proven success at GCCA, his impressive work ethic, and the thoughtful and collaborative nature in which he leads.  James’ tenure with this organization and strong relationships with our members will be extremely beneficial as he takes on this new position. I’m confident in James’ ability to deliver and excel in this role, and look forward to working alongside him, the leadership team, and full staff of GCCA to deliver on our strategic priorities,” says Stickler.

In acceptance of this new role, Rogers says, “I am honored and excited to take on this new role as Senior Vice President of Member & Program Services and Operations. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside incredible colleagues and members, and I’m eager to continue fostering strong relationships and delivering value to our global community.
