GCCA Welcomes New Coordinator of Government Affairs

Declan McLoughlin is the new Coordinator of Government Affairs on Global Cold Chain Alliance’s Government Affairs Program. He is part of the team that will be helping with the Government Affairs Committee and with our Global Advocacy Programs.

Prior to joining Global Cold Chain Alliance in November 2022, Declan was a Staff Assistant at the National Republican Senatorial Committee where skillsets of grassroots campaigning, coalition building, and advocacy were formed. He also interned on capitol hill for Representative Lee Zeldin (R-NY-1) and Representative Andrew Garbarino (R-NY-2) where he gained valuable connections and experience working in congress. May 2022 Declan completed his Bachelor of Science in National Security Studies with a concentration of International Security and Justice from University of New Haven. Here, he also obtained two minors in Political Science and Legal Studies.
