Career Pathways & Leadership Advancement in the Cold Chain

The Women in Cold Chain Virtual Workshop Series session, Career Pathways & Leadership Advancement in the Cold Chain, is an interactive workshop designed to help participants intentionally define and advance their leadership trajectories within cold chain and logistics organizations. The session focuses on building the skills, competencies, and career navigation strategies necessary to move from functional expertise into expanded leadership roles.

A featured subject matter expert will guide participants through designing a personalized leadership roadmap. Topics will include identifying critical leadership competencies in cold chain sectors, understanding how career progression decisions are made, aligning strengths with growth opportunities, and positioning oneself for advancement in complex, operationally driven environments.

$99 event registration includes all workshop session materials.

Learning Objectives

Through facilitated discussion, and peer exchange, attendees will examine the internal and external barriers that limit leadership advancement, including structural and cultural challenges common in cold chain organizations. Participants will explore practical strategies for eliminating these barriers, advocating for developmental opportunities, and building visible career momentum. The session will conclude with guided reflection and action planning, equipping participants with clear next steps to advance their leadership impact and long-term career growth.
