Cancellation Policy
There is a $50 cancellation fee on or before September 22, 2024. There are no refunds after September 22, 2024, however, you can make attendee substitutions after this date. To make an attendee substitution at no additional charge, please call GCCA headquarters at +1 703 373 4300 or email us at email@gcca.org.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Individual reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellation received after 72 hours prior to arrival date will result in a charge equivalent to a one-night stay.
