Funded by Infunde Development Pte Ltd., GCCF and LixCap performed a feasibility study for developing a public refrigerated warehouse facility in Cambodia. This included a market overview, demand and supply assessments, facility conceptual design, recommendations, financial analysis, and ad hoc advice. GCCF and LixCap were later invited to further this project with an Owners Engineering Add On in 2020 and Construction Advisory Services in 2022.
