Cambodia Cold Storage Strategic Review

In collaboration with LixCap, GCCF supported a strategic review project for a cold storage in Cambodia. This initiative built upon previous feasibility and construction advisory assessments led by GCCF and LixCap in 2019 and 2020, expanding efforts to enhance Cambodia’s cold chain infrastructure. This project consisted of a commercial and operational assessment of the cold storage, evaluating market demand, operational efficiency, and investment potential.  GCCF provided industry expertise, technical evaluations, and investor outreach, leveraging its extensive network to support strategic planning.
