The Bangladesh Trade Facilitation (BTF) Project has supported cold chain development in Bangladesh since 2020. This webinar presented upon market opportunities for cold chain equipment suppliers, with emphasis on support for U.S.-based companies as detailed by the U.S. Commercial Service, the trade promotion arm of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration.

The BTF Project is funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and in collaboration with Venture37. The BTF Project is expanding regional and international trade of agricultural goods and food products by addressing systemic constraints at ports in Bangladesh; simplifying and automating import and export processes; improving the capacity of government agencies, laboratories, and warehouses; and fostering private and public investment in cold storage and temperature-controlled logistics.
