Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee before January 10, 2024. There are no refunds after January 10, 2024. However, you can make an attendee substitution at no additional charge, please call +1 703 373 4300.
In addition to cancelling your registration, please be sure to contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation

In the heart of the Technology Square Complex on the Georgia Tech campus in Midtown Atlanta, the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is an exceptional hotel and meeting destination for life’s important corporate and social events.
GCCF has negotiated a discounted room rate for all Institute East attendees. Pricing Includes breakfast, breaks, lunch, internet, and parking as well as dinner on Sunday and Tuesday only.
- Single Room: 4 nights at $360 per night plus applicable taxes. Taxes are currently 16.9% taxes + $5.00 hotel fee.
- Double Room: 4 nights at $308 per night plus applicable taxes. Taxes are currently 16.9% taxes + $5.00 hotel fee.
All attendees must use the Hotel Room Reservation Request Form linked below to book hotel reservations for Institute East at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center.
