IMPORTANT: Your hotel room is not included in the registration fee. You must make your hotel arrangements separately at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center.

Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee before December 23, 2026. There are no refunds after December 23, 2026. However, you can make an attendee substitution at no additional charge, please contact Debbie Kwak for assistance.
In addition to canceling your registration, please be sure to contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation.

We are pleased to offer a discounted room rate for all Institute East attendees. Pricing includes daily breakfast, daily lunch, 2 dinners, breaks and room accommodation. The discounted rate is available through January 15, 2027.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotel cancellation policy states that deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made on or before January 26, 2027. For any other requests or inquiries please call the hotel directly by calling (404) 838-2100.
