In 2013, Samara Trading Group engaged GCCF to review a 2012 market study to determine if the proposed temperature-controlled storage was bankable. GCCA experts reviewed feasibility study and suggested improvements that would provide a global prospective, including the addition of key indicators, benchmarks, trends, and forecasts based on general trends within the global public warehousing industry.
