GCCA Warehouse Members can download and adapt the Standard Terms and Conditions (STCs) for storing third party products, for use in their own companies. The STCs were developed by GCCA Associate Member LHL Attorneys & Corporate Advisors in South Africa and are only available to active GCCA Warehouse Members operating within the jurisdiction of South Africa. It is strongly recommended that should you wish to utilise the STCs that you consult with an attorney licensed to practice in your jurisdiction before using or relying on the STCs. Review the STCs carefully and make use of the STCs at your own risk. No document or information provided by the GCCA constitutes or should be relied upon as legal advice.

You agree that the GCCA & LHL Attorneys & Corporate Advisors shall not be liable to you for any type of damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damages for the use of the STCs.
