The complimentary Opening reception will offer you ample opportunities to meet and greet friends, colleagues, and newcomers in a relaxed atmosphere. Held at the Expo, this reception also provides you with the chance to get acquainted with exhibitors who will be showcasing their latest innovations and solutions to help your business operations.
Dine Arounds

Dine-arounds are informal dinners at local restaurants that provide an opportunity for networking with friends or new acquaintances, engaging in stimulating conversation and enjoying dinner with a small group of conference attendees. GCCA will confirm reservations at four different restaurants throughout the city and delegates can sign up to participate in one of the dinners. Many attendees may choose to make their own plans for this night but GCCA will also provide an opportunity for people to connect as well.
Happy Hour in the Expo

Held in the Expo, this happy hour provides deletes with the chance to re-connect after the educational programming has concluded for the day and prior to going off property for the Cold Chain Reception and Dinner. It is also another opportunity to visit with exhibitors.
Cold Chain Reception & Dinner

The evening will start off with a networking reception featuring drinks and hors d’oeuvres and immediately following the reception, delegates will be treated to dinner, drinks and entertainment. Make sure to join us for this unforgettable experience. Included in the registration fee.
Please note: transportation to and from the hotel/offsite venue will be provided.
Facility Visits
12 April 2024 | 13:30 - 18:00
Immediately following the Closing Lunch on Friday, delegates will be transported to one or several facilities in the region for a guided tour focusing on industry-related technology, operations and infrastructure. More information to be posted shortly. This activity is a separate cost.
