Delegate fee includes Educational Programme on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Opening Reception on Wednesday, Happy Hour and Cold Chain Reception & Dinner on Thursday, Lunches and all networking breaks (Thursday and Friday).

**Spouse/Partner Fee is for accompanying persons not active in the industry and includes the Opening Reception, Happy Hour as well as the Cold Chain Reception & Dinner. Any additional participation will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Registration is transferrable at no cost, therefore we strongly recommend you to transfer your registration in case you are incapacitated.
There is a €150 fee for any cancellation submitted before 22 March 2024. Any registration cancelled after this date will NOT be refunded. To make an attendee substitution at no additional charge, please email GCCA headquarters.

Room Rates
We are pleased to offer a discounted room rate of €249. The rate is per room and night for single occupancy and includes full American breakfast, wifi, VAT and service charges. City tax is not included. A supplement of €15 will apply for double occupancy.

Unauthorized Housing
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of GCCA European Conference. We have been made aware of other housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Reservations made through these “pirate” agencies or companies will be at your own risk. If you are contacted by one of these “pirate” companies, please notify us immediately by emailing email@gcca.org.
