Who Attends?
The GCCA Europe Cold Chain Conference is designed for professionals in the temperature-controlled logistics and supply chain sector including cold storage, refrigerated road-sea-air transportation, (air)ports, food and pharma industries, retail, technology suppliers and ancillary service providers.

Spouse/Guest rate includes an opportunity to join in on-site networking receptions, off-site networking activities, and event receptions. Additional rates do apply to off-site networking and group activities.
The Spouse/Guest rate does not apply to those who are actively working in the industry and plan on attending the regular event programming.

A discounted room rate 169.00 Euro is available to conference delegates. The last day to cancel individual hotel reservations without penalty is 16 February 2026. Hotel cancellations are managed directly through the hotel.

By submission of your conference registration, you (Registrant) and/or the persons you are registering acknowledge acceptance of the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) Code of Conduct and Event Policies.
Unauthorized Housing
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of Global Cold Chain Foundation’s Cold Chain Institute.
The association does not work with any outside firms and has not authorized anyone to call attendees or exhibitors to assist in booking rooms. We have been made aware of other housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts.
Reservations made through these “pirate” agencies or companies will be at your own risk. The following company is an unauthorized housing provider and has been sent a cease and desist: Event Travel Planners. If you are contacted by one of these “pirate” companies, please notify us immediately by emailing email@gcca.org.
