GCCF completed an in-depth literature review on temperature controlled food and cold chain development, followed by a rapid, in-country, cold chain assessment. Based on this information, GCCF developed a Cold Chain Education presentation and designed a “train the trainers,” targeting Zambian professionals from the farming, shipping, warehousing and logistics sectors.
